Three Sugar Hill residents were arrested after police pulled them over for DUI in the 3700 block of Buford Drive, at the intersection of Buford Drive and Mall Grand Lane, and at the intersection of West Main Street and South Lee Street in Buford.

Two adults and one juvenile were arrested for shoplifting in the 3300 block of Buford Drive in Buford.

Reports were filed for residential burglaries in the 3300 block of Hinsdale Lane NE, 0 block of North Hill Street NE, and in the 2600 block of Mossy Rock Place NE in Buford, as well as, the 5400 block of Cumming Highway NE in Sugar Hill.

Simple battery charges were filed following incidents in the 4800 block of Brandon Acres Lane NE in Buford and in the 1400 block of Railroad Avenue NE in Sugar Hill.

One person was arrested and charged with battery and obstructing someone trying to call 9-1-1 following an incident in the 2500 block of Ivy Stone Trail in Buford.

Following an incident in the 3400 block of Greyhawk Crossing in Buford, a person was arrested and charged with battery.

A Sugar Hill resident was arrested following an auto accident at Buford Drive and South Lee Street in Buford. The person fled the scene and was later charged with hit and run.

A person was charged with aggravated assault following an altercation in the 5400 block of Pinedale Circle in Sugar Hill.
