BUFORD — Eight acres at 3025 Woodward Crossing Boulevard in Buford will be the site of a new apartment development.
Set to feature 265 units, the community will include two four- and five-story buildings. The wood-frame apartments will have an exterior of siding and brick. Each apartment will feature granite countertops, tile backsplash and private balconies. Amenities will include a workout room, outdoor pool, grilling area, gazebo and lounge. A precast parking deck will be available to residents.
TPA Residential selected McShane Construction Company to provide general construction services for the development, which will be called Woodward Crossing.
“We’re excited to be working on our first project for TPA Residential,” said Scott Hoppa, senior vice president of McShane’s Southeast region. “Woodward Crossing will be a beautiful development with high-end finishes and resort-style amenities.”
The development is located within close proximity to Mall of Georgia, Interstate 85 and Ga. Highway 20. The apartment community will have direct access to the Ivy Creek walking trail and walkable retail.
Woodward Crossing is slated for a May 2022 completion.
