Buford’s varsity boys and girls tennis teams traveled to Alpharetta on Monday, Feb. 13 to play Denmark. Buford’s boys team beat Denmark 4-1 while the girls won 3-2 over Denmark.
The Wolves got wins from James Troutt, Myles Carbis and Brent Sherman who were playing singles. Buford’s lone doubles team to get a win was the duo of Luke Clark and Owen Sampers.
For the Lady Wolves, Taylor Aycock and Berkley Clark won in singles competition while Ella Place and Taylor Baucum won at doubles.
Both the Buford boys and girls teams have an overall season record of 2-2 on the season. Both teams will travel to play Lambert on Tuesday, Feb. 14.
