Family, friends and coaches watched as six student athletes put pen to paper on Wednesday night, Nov. 9 at the BHS Performing Arts Center to sign their letters of intent to play their sport at colleges across the country.
Athletes that signed their letters of intent in Wednesday’s signing ceremony were:
- Olivia Duncan (softball) Clemson University
- Emma Castorri (softball) University of Georgia
- Jennifer Ramirez (softball) Fort Valley State University
- Benjamin Irwin (swimming) United States Naval Academy
- Sydney Harris (track and field) University of South Carolina
- Ashley Sturzoiu (volleyball) Mississippi State
