BUFORD — Dylan Lesko, a right-handed pitcher for the Buford Wolves varsity baseball team announced his commitment to play for Vanderbilt University on Twitter. He is a versatile player who not only pitches but also plays third base, shortstop and catcher.
Lesko is 6-foot-3, 185-pounds and the No. 1 recruit for the Class of 2022 across the nation. He is rated a 10 by Perfect Game and has long been a target for college recruiters.
He plays travel ball for the East Cobb Astros which with Lesko’s help won the 16U USA National Baseball Championships this past summer.
