BUFORD — On Monday, December 9, a local Buford restaurant failed their most recent health inspection. Luigi’s: A Slice of Italy, located on 3260 Buford Dr Suite 60, Buford, received a failing score of 69. 

The restaurant was cited for having a mold-like substance in their sink basins, storing dirty utensils in bins marked as ‘clean’, and not adhering to the proper temperature for refrigerated foods. Some corrective actions have already been taken such as discarding the improperly refrigerated foods. 

The restaurant is subject for a follow-up inspection on December 19, 2019 .
