BUFORD — Tommy Beuglas, a rising senior at Buford High School announced his commitment to play for the Furman University football program. Beuglas made his announcement via Twitter on Saturday.
He is a 6-foot-1, 225-pound linebacker for the Buford Wolves football team. Beuglas was a vital part of the Wolves 2019 Class AAAAA state championship team. Beuglas was selected as the Player of the Week for his phenomenal performance against Milton where he had eight tackles, one QB pressure, and one sack. He was named second-team, all-county by the Gwinnett Touchdown Club for 2019.
Beuglas maintains a 4.0 GPA.
