Crunch franchisee CR Fitness Holdings has opened a new Crunch Fitness location in Buford, bringing its “no judgments” philosophy — positivity, inclusivity and fun — to area residents.

The $5 million, 25,000-square-foot Crunch Fitness facility is located in the Gateway Shopping Center at 3740 Buford Drive.
The Buford location is one of 47 facilities in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and Texas under CR Fitness Holdings, which is operated by Vince Julien, Geoff Dyer, Scrimale and Jeff Dotson, who have more than 100 years of experience in the fitness industry combined.
The Buford location’s hours of operation are 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Fridays and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. The facility offers cardio, weights and machines, group fitness classes, circuit training, personal training, hot yoga, ride classes and more.
