BUFORD — An employee found a body behind the Walmart located at 3795 Buford Drive in Buford on Thursday evening between 6 and 7 p.m. Officers with the Gwinnett County Police Department responded to the call, as well as, the Crime Scene Investigation Unit.
The body was that of a white male in his early 50s and is believed to be homeless. The medical examiner believes that the manner of death was not criminal in nature. The exact cause of death will be determined following a thorough autopsy.
The identity of the man is being withheld until his next of kin has been notified.
