BUFORD, Ga. — Foundation Partners Realty, a new real estate brokerage focused on residential resale, new construction, builder partnerships, land opportunities and strategic growth throughout Georgia, will celebrate the grand opening of its Buford headquarters Friday, June 5.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for 2 p.m. at 55 Scott St. in downtown Buford. Builders, developers, real estate agents, industry professionals, clients and community leaders are invited to attend.
The company’s headquarters is located in a newly renovated historic building in downtown Buford. Foundation Partners Realty occupies the main floor, while its development affiliate, Atlas Group, is headquartered upstairs.
Foundation Partners Realty is led by real estate veteran Michelle Hewell in partnership with Cameron Henderson, founder and CEO of Atlas Group. The brokerage is designed to connect residential sales, new construction, land development and builder strategy under one company structure.

Hewell most recently led a multi-office New Homes Division for a nationally recognized brokerage, where she trained and mentored more than 100 agents as certified New Home Sales Specialists. Her background also includes experience building, renovating and flipping homes, giving her hands-on knowledge of construction, budgeting, timelines and finish selections.
Henderson brings more than a decade of experience in land development, construction and project management. A Georgia Tech graduate, he founded Atlas Group to focus on land use, entitlement strategy and development opportunities throughout Georgia.
