LAWRENCEVILLE — On Monday, the Gwinnett County and Hall County State Courts cancelled all arraignments and criminal hearings effective immediately due to health concerns with the number of coronavirus cases back on the rise.
The Gwinnett County State Court will not have arraignments nor criminal hearings until July 17, 2020, at 5 p.m. All cases impacted will be rescheduled at a later date. The cancellations apply only to state court criminal cases.
Hall County State Court arraignments that were scheduled for July 13-17 and July 20-23 have been cancelled. These arraignments will be rescheduled for a later date.
