The following reports were filed by the Gwinnett County Police Department between March 1-15, 2023.
• Forcible rape was reported in the 2700 block of Mall of Georgia Boulevard NE in Buford.
• A report regarding aggravated assault was filed in the 3300 block of Buford Drive NE in Buford.
• Officers responded to reports of simple assault in the following locations in Sugar Hill: the 4800 block of First Avenue NE, 5200 block of Creek Lane NE, 5000 block of Glencliff Drive NE, 1600 block of Marakanda Trail NE, 4000 block of Brynhill Lane NE and 700 block of Old Cumming Road NE. There were two reports filed for the 1200 block of Hillcrest Drive NE, 200 block of Pugh Street NE and 1000 block of Level Creek Road NE.
• Reports of simple assault were filed in the following Buford locations: the 2100 block of Shoal Creek Road NE, 4600 block of Vintage Lane NE, 2500 block of Heritage Court NE, 5800 block of Dolvin Lane NE, 2600 block of Mall of Georgia Boulevard NE, 900 block of Horizon Parkway NE, 3100 block of Sentinel Circle NE, 2900 block of Buford Drive NE, 2300 block of Harvest Ridge NE, 2600 block of Ambria Drive NE, 1500 block of Laurel Crossing Parkway NE. Two reports were filed in the 3200 block of Woodward Crossing Boulevard NE in Buford.
• Reports of driving under the influence were filed in the Sugar Hill areas of Nelson Brogdon Boulevard NE and Wages Way, Hillcrest Drive and Hillcrest Glenn Drive and in the 1200 block of Buford Highway NE. DUIs were also reported in the Buford areas of Buford Drive NE and Plunketts Road, I–85N and Buford Drive, Buford Drive NE and Buford Mill Drive NE.
• A report of disorderly conduct was filed in the 000 block of South Garnett Street NE in Buford.
• Incidents of destructive/damage/vandalism of property were reported in the 5200 block of Sugar Ridge Drive NE in Sugar Hill, 100 block of Shadburn Ferry Road NE (two incidents) in Buford and 4600 block of Thompson Mill Road NE in Buford.
• Officers responded to a report of a robbery in the 1900 block of Skylar Hill Drive NE in Sugar Hill.
• Reports of burglary/breaking and entering were filed in the 5000 block of Gold Creek Trail NE in Sugar Hill, 1300 block of Clarecastle Lane NE in Buford and 1400 Block of Laurel Crossing Parkway NE in Buford.
• A report of larceny was filed in the 4800 block of Wages Way NE in Sugar Hill. In Buford, reports of larceny were filed in the 3200 block of Buford Drive NE, 3300 block of Buford Drive NE, 3700 block of Buford Drive NE, 4300 block of Buford Drive NE, 1300 block of Mall of Georgia Boulevard NE, 1500 block of Mall of Georgia Boulevard NE, 1800 block of Mall of Georgia Boulevard NE, 3200 block of Woodward Crossing Boulevard, 3000 block of Sentinel Circle NE, 2200 block of Harvest Ridge Circle NE, 1800 block of Appaloosa Lane NE and 3400 block of Fallen Oak Drive NE (two incidents).
• Officers responded to reports of false pretense/swindle/confidence game in the 1000 block of Arbor Grove Way NE in Sugar Hill, 4200 block of Woodward Walk Lane NE in Buford, 400 block of Saint James Street NE in Buford, 2600 block of Mall of Georgia Boulevard NE in Buford and 3300 block of Buford Drive NE in Buford.
• Motor vehicle thefts were reported in the 4700 block of Parkview Mine Drive NE and 200 block of Peachtree Industrial Boulevard NE. Sugar Hill addresses.
• Reports of theft by shoplifting were filed in the 2900 block of Buford Drive NE, 3200 block of Buford Drive NE, 3300 block of Buford Drive NE (six incidents), 3700 block of Buford Drive NE (four incidents) and 4100 block of Buford Drive NE. Buford addresses.
