The Gwinnett County Public Library has released a list of its most popular titles requested by patrons in 2021.
The list includes the top 10 fiction books and the top 10 non-fiction titles
“2021 was another year of many changes for everyone, and just as the times change so do the most requested titles from our shelves,” a preface to the list states. “These are the titles that were consistently flying off of our shelves and beloved by many readers from our community.”.
John Grisham’s “The Judge’s List,” released in October 2021, takes the No. 1 spot on the fiction list. This legal suspense novel is a sequel to Grisham’s 2016 novel “The Whistler.”
Four books by James Patterson made the top 10 list of fiction books, as well as titles by Stuart Woods, Amor Towles, Michael Connelly, J.D. Robb and a Jack Reacher novel co-authored by Lee Child and Andrew Child.
American journalist, presenter and producer Katie Couric’s memoir “Going There” was the top non-fiction book,
