The Gwinnett County Police Department is working to identify a suspect accused of entering multiple vehicles at a Suwanee residence.
The suspect was seen July 1 approaching a home on Wildcat Ridge and entering multiple vehicles in the driveway. The suspect is described as a white, heavy-set male, bald with a full beard, wearing a green shirt, khaki shorts and brown shoes.
Though theft cannot be deterred in all instances, Gwinnett police say, there are steps to take to reduce the chances of becoming a victim:
- Always lock your doors
- Activate your security system
- Do not leave valuables in your car, especially weapons and ammunition
- Park your car in a well-lit area
