The following reports were filed by the Hall County Sheriff’s Office from April 1-15, 2023.
• A death investigation was conducted in the 6400 block of Ford Road in Buford.
• A report of simple battery was filed in the 6300 block of Shadburn Ferry Road in Buford.
• Incidents involving DUI — alcohol/less safe were reported in the 6300 block of Shadburn Ferry Road, 100 block of Lanier Island Parkway/Friendship Road (two incidents) and 4800 block of Golden Parkway in Buford.
• Deputies responded to a report of theft by deception in the 100 block of Holiday Road in Buford.
• Second-degree burglary of a commercial property or other non-dwelling was reported in the 5200 block of Lanier Islands Parkway in Buford.
• Criminal trespass was reported in the 2900 block of Pass Drive in Buford.
• A report of criminal trespass with damage less than $500 was filed in the 6300 block of Chestnut Parkway in Flowery Branch.
• Disorderly conduct was reported in the 6800 block of Lights Ferry Road in Flowery Branch.
• Theft by taking — less than $1,500 was reported in the 6300 block of Old Wood Hollow Way, 6100 block of Shadburn Ferry Road and 330 block of Shoreland Drive in Buford.
• A report of theft by receiving stolen property was filed in the 5900 block of Atlanta Highway in Flowery Branch.
• Reports involving entering an auto to commit a theft were made in the 6000 block of Terrace Lake Point and 5900 block of Terrace Lake Point in Flowery Branch.
