A report by Atlanta News First, which obtained arrest warrants from the sheriff’s department, Rangel used a ratchet to smash windows at two 12Stone Church locations — Hamilton Mill and Buford — along with Victory Church and Zion Hill Baptist Church.

The North Gwinnett Voice obtained a video from the Gwinnett County Police Department from surveillance cameras.

Rangel emerged from a white vehicle.

“He never gave a specific reason … or any logical reason that I’m aware of,” Cpt. Juan Madiedo told FOX 5 Atlanta. “This all points to a random act at this time.”

Rangel remains in custody as of July 12.
