GAINESVILLE — A Gainesville man was arrested and held without bond in conjunction with a child molestation investigation. Hall County Sheriff’s Deputies made the arrest on the afternoon of Tuesday, June 9.
Dustin Bernard Hudson, 33, is charged with aggravated child molestation. He was taken into custody at the Hall County Sheriff’s Office Headquarters on Monday, June 8, the same day an arrest warrant was obtained.
According to the initial investigation, Hudson performed oral sex on a juvenile victim at a North Hall County residence where he lived at the time of the crime. The incident occurred between May 1 and May 31 of 2019.
The incident was reported in November 2019 by a member of the victim’s family. Hudson knew the victim prior to the incident.
This case remains under investigation by the Hall County Sheriff’s Office.
