Jordan McLain (Hall County Sheriff’s Office)
A 26-year-old Lawrenceville man was processed into the Hall County Jail on Dec. 11 following an arrest in Catawba County, North Carolina related to felony child molestation warrants.
Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) investigators had issued warrants for his arrest in March 2023 for a crime that occurred in Feb. 2017.
Jordan Micah McLain was formally charged with felony child molestation following a seven month investigation. The victim was a female child who was under the age of 16 at the time.
The child came forward with the allegations to a family member and law enforcement got involved.
According to the HCSO, “McLain was acquainted with the victim and her family”.
He is currently being held without bond.
