Madge Jordan Gibson Baker, age 96, of Suwanee, GA passed away Monday, April 15, 2019. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Clarence Gibson, and second husband, Dave Baker. Mrs. Baker is survived by children, Barbara and George Hasenbein, Suwanee, GA, Crystal and Sheridian Hinson, Indian Trail, NC, Ronald and Cyndi Gibson, Killen, AL, Charlie Gibson, East Bend, NC, Sheila and Steve Clelland, Auburn, GA; grandchildren, Lee Cahill, Michelle Sheperd, Syndel Shepherd, Sherelle McClure, Carmen Post, Gavin Gibson; one great-grandchild, Aiden Sheperd; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mrs. Baker was born on March 19, 1927, in Ira, SC. She was a homemaker and was of the Presbyterian faith. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2019 at White Chapel Mausoleum Chapel, Duluth, GA at 11:00 a.m.with the Dr. Jim Ferguson. Interment will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens in Duluth.
