FLOWERY BRANCH — Investigators with the Hall County Sheriff’s Office are searching for answers in a death investigation involving both a man and woman at a home in the 5000 block of Little Doe Walk in Flowery Branch.
Deputies with the Hall County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call about a shooting that took place in the Spout Springs area home at approximately 2:30 a.m. early Saturday, January 4, 2020.
Investigators learned that a family member who also lives in the home discovered the bodies in a bedroom. According to the press release sent out by Hall County, a man, age 55, and a woman, age 47, both had gunshot wounds.
“As the Sheriff’s Office Investigation is contained to the residence, and no other individuals are believed to be involved, the public is not at risk as a result of the incident,” says Hall County Sheriff’s Office Public Information Officer, Derreck Booth in the release.
The Sheriff’s Office will release more details as they become available.
