(Flowery Branch, Ga.) — On March 15, 2019, the Hall County Sheriff deputies responded to a call in South Hall County in which a male identified as Brandon Pruitt struck an adult female which left visible marks on her face. Both the victim and Pruitt lived at the home where the incident occurred. Deputies obtained a warrant for Battery and arrested Pruitt without incident on March 18, 2019.  He was booked into the Hall County Jail and he posted bond the following day. Pruitt was ordered to have no contact with the victim.

Pruitt violated the temporary protection order (TPO) on April 5, 2019, when he physically removed the female victim from her car in the 6100 block of Spout Springs Road in Flowery Branch. Deputies with Hall County arrived on the scene and arrested Pruitt for Violation of the original TPO and Simple Battery. He was booked into the Hall County Jail and he posted bond the next day.

Once again Brandon Pruitt violated the original TPO. This time the victim notified Investigators with the Hall County Sheriff’s Office that Pruitt texted her and had gone to her home.  He had installed hidden cameras for the purpose of photographing and recording the female victim and her minor female daughter. On April 24, 2019, Investigators obtained warrants for Pruitt’s arrest.  The warrants were for Felony Invasion of Privacy and Violating the original TPO. A State Court arrest order was issued for Pruitt on April 29, 2019, as well.

Brandon Pruitt was arrested without incident on June 10, 2019, and booked into the Hall County Jail.  This case remains under investigation with the Hall County Sheriff’s Office.
