Mrs. Neoma Moore Strickland, age 90, of Buford, GA passed away Saturday, October 5, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband of twenty-seven years, Marvin Strickland. Mrs. Strickland is survived by her daughter, Gail Strickland Reed, Buford, GA; grandchildren, Mona Bennett Johnson, Lawrenceville, GA, Jeremy Bennett, Buford, GA; great grandchildren, Shannon Hamilton, Jr. and Jay Bennett; beloved nephew, Bobby Moore, Buford, GA; other beloved nieces, nephews and cousins. Mrs. Strickland was born March 16, 1929 in Snellville, GA. She had taught school at one time. Mrs. Strickland was retired from the Lovable Company in Buford, GA and was a member of Poplar Hill Baptist Church, Buford, GA. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 10, 2019 at 2:00 p.m., in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home. Interment will be at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens, Buford, GA. Family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m., Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at the funeral home.
