The following reports were filed by the Gwinnett County Police Department between April 1-15, 2023.
• Officers responded to a report of forcible rape in the 900 block of Sugar Landing Circle NE in Sugar Hill.
• Reports of aggravated assault were filed in the 0 block of E Main Street, 2800 block of Pebblebrook Drive, 3300 block of Buford Drive NE (three incidents), 1800 block of Appaloosa Mill Court NE and 1400 block of Mall of Georgia Boulevard NE in Buford; in the 2000 block of Appling Circle NE, 1000 block of N Price Road NE and 4500 block of Old Suwanee Road NE in Sugar Hill; and in the 4400 block of Fairemoore Walk NW in Suwanee.
• Incidents involving simple assault were reported at the following locations — 0 block of E Main Street NE, 200 block of E Park Street NE, 2500 block of Mill Center Parkway NE, 600 block of S Harris Street NE, 2100 block of Mina Lane Drive NE, 1100 block of Ballpark Lane NE, 1300 block of Horizon Parkway NE (two incidents), 2700 block of Mall of Georgia Boulevard NE and in the area of Buford Drive and Brandsmart Way NE (three incidents) in Buford; in the 4600 block of Pinecrest Drive NE, 5200 block of Creek Lane NE and 600 block of Riverside Walk Crossing NE in Sugar Hill; and in the 600 block of Friars Head Court NE in Suwanee.
• A weapon law violation was reported in the area of Tuggle Greer Drive and Peachtree Industrial Boulevard in Buford.
• Disorderly conduct was reported in the 2700 block of Mall of Georgia Boulevard NE in Buford.
• A robbery was reported in the 3300 block of Buford Drive NE in Buford.
• Reports of burglary/breaking and entering were made in the 4500 block of Hamilton Mill Road NE, 3400 block of Ivy Birch Way NE and 1400 block of Mall of Georgia Boulevard NE in Buford and in the the 400 block of Level Creek Road NE and 1100 block of Chatham Road NE in Sugar Hill.
• Officers responded to reports of destructive/damage/vandalism of property in the 2200 block of Saint Kennedy Lane NE, 3400 block of Ivy Birch Way NE, 1800 block of Appaloosa Lane NE, 1100 block of Ballpark Lane and 1500 block of Laurel Crossing Parkway NE in Buford. A report was also filed in the 5000 block of Pass Court NE Sugar Hill.
• Offenses involving driving under the influence were reported in the areas of Buford Drive and Buford Highway and Hamilton Mill Road NE and Mill Center Parkway NE, Interstate 85 S NE and Buford Drive, Sudderth Road NE and Buford Drive and Horizon Parkway and Satellite Boulevard in Buford.
• Reports involving false pretense/swindle/confidence game were filed in the 200 block of Chandler Court NE in Buford and 1200 block of Railroad Avenue NE in Sugar Hill.
• Motor vehicle thefts were reported to the GCPD in the 500 block of E Main Street NE, 2800 block of Waverly Cove NE and 1200 block of Rock Springs Road NE in Buford.
• Thefts from motor vehicles were reported in the 2100 block of Peachtree Industrial Boulevard NE and 1100 block of Ballpark Lane in Buford and in the 1000 block of Level Creek Road NE in Sugar Hill.
• Reports of shoplifting were filed in the 3300 block of Buford Drive NE (17 incidents), 3700 block of Buford Drive NE and 3600 block of Aspen Court NE in Buford.
