SUWANEE — The Gwinnett County Police Department responded to a call about a stabbing that occurred on Sunday night in unincorporated Suwanee.
Officers are releasing very few details at this time however, they did say that a female was found by officers with severe injuries to her neck/face on Chelsea Falls Lane in unincorporated Suwanee at some point before 9:30 p.m. The female was transported to a local hospital. Her current condition is unknown. (UPDATE: The female victim has since died from her injuries. This is now a homicide.)
Investigators with the Gwinnett County Police Department have arrived at the location to start processing the crime scene.
