BUFORD — Buford hosted Cedar Shoals on Friday, October 11 at Tom Riden Stadium. The top-ranked AAAAA Wolves beat Cedar Shoals 31-13.
The most notable play came in the first quarter when quarterback Jarvis Evans connected with Jake Pope on a 77-yard pass for a touchdown. Other offensive standouts for Buford were Elijah Turner with two touchdowns, Ashton Daniels with a touchdown, and kicker Hayden Olsen had a 44-yard field goal, as well as, made 4-out-of-4 PATs.
Buford (7-0, 2-0) will have their final regular-season home game on Friday, October 18 against Loganville. It will be Senior Night.
