The Gwinnett County Police Department is seeking the public’s help locating the driver of a 2016 to 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe after a reported hit-and-run left a Dacula resident with serious injuries.
The incident was reported the morning of March 27 at Kilcrease Road and Silver Oak Drive. At 8:45 a.m., officers discovered 33-year-old Bee Moua in a ditch on Kilcrease Road and were unable to determine how long he had been lying there.
Based on evidence left behind by the vehicle, police said the driver of a Hyundai Santa Fe failed to stop after they struck the victim, who was walking on Kilcrease.
Moua was transported to a hospital with critical injuries.
