BUFORD – The Gwinnett County Police Department located a female skull after receiving a call for service in the Buford area.
The call came in on April 11, 2021, and while on the call in the 2700 block of Hamilton Mill Road in Buford, officers located a lone human skull behind some woods nearby.
The skull was sent off to have a forensic examination done on it. The examination revealed that the skull belonged to a female of either Caucasian or mixed race between the ages of 20-35 years of age.
The Gwinnett County Homicide Unit is seeking any information as to the identity of the female. Anyone with information is asked to please call the police immediately.
