(Buford, Ga.) — A restaurant near the Mall of Georgia in unincorporated Buford failed its most recent health inspection on June 3, 2019. La Madeleine Country French Cafe located at 1795 Mall of Georgia Boulevard scored a 63 on their health inspection.
Items that the restaurant was cited for included rotten food not properly discarded, mold buildup in the ice machine, food in coolers not at the proper temperature, hot items not reheated to the proper temperature, items not properly labeled, and food thawing at room temperature instead of thawing in the cooler as instructed.
