The Gwinnett County Police Department is seeking the public’s help to locate a missing special needs person last seen at Bogan Park in Buford.
Oleksandr Chernovstan, 23 was last seen at Bogan Park at 2723 North Bogan Rd. in Buford on Friday, Nov. 4 around 5 p.m.
Chernovstan is a white adult male last seen wearing dark blue jeans, a grey short sleeve shirt with black stripes, and black and white shoes.
Officers with the Gwinnett County Police Department’s North Precinct are actively looking for Chernovstan and the Gwinnett Search Team has been activated to aid in the search. He has also been listed on GCIC (Georgia Crime Information Center) as missing.
