Calling all photographers — the city of Suwanee is accepting submissions for its annual Snap Suwanee photo contest.
“The annual photography competition provides a means for participants to share images that convey something meaningful about Suwanee and is open to professional and amateur photographers,” the contest guidelines read. “The mission of the contest is to celebrate the City of Suwanee; photos entered should be composed of subjects and locations within Suwanee, ideally within the past two years.”
Photographers may submit up to five images, and entries will be accepted through Monday, Jan. 31.
Contest judges will select photos that best depict Suwanee, and an overall judges’ choice winner will be named. Winning photos will be displayed at Suwanee City Hall beginning in March. The winning photos from the previous competition are on display in the first-floor lobby of City Hall, which is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
