SUGAR HILL — A local Subway Restaurant failed their routine health inspection on February 17, 2020. The restaurant received a score of 60 U.
The Subway located at 5965 Cumming Hwy NE, Suite 310 in Sugar Hill received numerous violations during that routine inspection. “Several things occurred today that demonstrated a lack of managerial control,” the inspector noted in their report. The person in charge could not answer questions pertaining to the employee health policy either.
This location received a second consecutive violation for having debris in their ice machine. Cold cuts were not stored at a cold enough temperature nor were the meatballs stored at a warm enough temperature.
