The suspect in the murder of a woman found in the middle of Roxwood Park Drive at Woodward Mill Road in unincorporated Buford has been arrested.
Authorities caught up with Moses Dyl in Atlantic City, New Jersey on Sept. 28 and was taken into custody. Dyl has been charged with Aggravated Assault and Felony Murder for killing Shakeya Smith following a domestic argument.
