The Truist Bank on Buford Drive was robbed Wednesday, Nov. 3, and the suspect made off with $886 in cash.
A Gwinnett County police officer responded to the bank, located at 4394 Buford Drive, the day of the robbery and spoke with an employee who said a white male, approximately 6’ to 6’2” between ages 30 and 40, had entered the building and showed her a note that read, “Give me all your money. I have a gun.”
The suspect verbally stated, “Give me all your money,” and told the employee, “Hundreds,” repeatedly. When the employee had given him the cash from the drawer, the suspect then exited a rear door and fled.
Surveillance video showed a male wearing what the officer described as a gray suit with a black T-shirt and black shoes wearing a baseball cap and a light colored surgical mask.
