SUWANEE — A popular hibachi restaurant in Suwanee received an alarmingly low failing grade of 41 on their latest health inspection. Violations ranged from the use of dirty equipment to improper food preparations completed by sick employees.
Koi Hibachi Sushi, the restaurant that received the score of 41, is located at 1175 Buford Hwy Suite 130 in Suwanee, Ga.
