According to the Suwanee Police Department, a 16-year-old juvenile male was found deceased in the parking lot of an apartment complex Tuesday evening, July 19.
Officers responded to a person shot call at approximately 6:50 p.m. Tuesday at The Residences at 4021 McGinnis Ferry Road in Suwanee.
Upon arrival, officers located the 16-year-old male victim in the leasing office parking lot with a single gunshot wound to the chest and he was already deceased.
“The investigation is ongoing, and the Suwanee Police ask for any eyewitnesses that might have observed anything to contact Detective Dawn Zaenglein at 470-360-0689 or 770-904-7627,” said Suwanee Police Department Cpt. Robert Thompson.
