SUWANEE — A Suwanee restaurant failed their latest health inspection on Tuesday, August 20. WNB Factory Suwanee located at 2855 Lawrenceville Suwanee Road, Suite C-102 in Suwanee received a failing score of 68.
The restaurant was cited for prepping salads with bare hands, raw beef being stored above other food items that could get contaminated, not washing raw produce before serving it, and an employee’s phone was stored on a cutting board used for prep.
The restaurant is subject to a follow-up inspection.
