SUWANEE — A popular Suwanee Mexican restaurant received a failing grade of 64 on their most recent health inspection. Violations ranged from mild like employees did not sign health agreement forms to downright gross like placing the lid to tortillas bound for service on top of a trash can.
The restaurant that received the failing score on their October 15 inspection was Hacienda Bar and Grill located at 1500 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard in Suwanee, Ga.
