The city of Suwanee was recognized by the Southeast Festivals and Events Association during its Kaleidoscope Awards on Tuesday, April 26.
The city received five awards, including:
• Best Event with a Budget over $75,000 (Silver) — Suwanee Fest 2021
• Mascot Award — Parker
• Best Event Program — Suwanee Fest 2021 Suwanee Magazine insert
• Best Marketing Concept — Suwanee Adventures children’s publication
• Best Volunteer — Kate Fanale for Suwanee Fest
“Suwanee works hard to keep our events fun and creative,” said Amy Doherty, Suwanee’s events and outreach manager. “It’s nice to have that hard work recognized among the many great agencies who also produce events in the Southeast. We love what we do, and we are excited for all the fun memories created for our citizens and visitors.”
