Weekly Affirmations

As adults, we experience an insane amount of stress at times.  We sometimes have self-doubt and more. At times we may struggle with loving ourselves and others.  And if we don’t experience these things personally, chances are we all know someone who is.

Each edition, we will be bringing you a quote or weekly affirmation for each week.  We challenge you to repeat these affirmations to yourself daily or pass it along to someone who needs to hear it’s positive message.

Week One:

When thinking about life remember this:  no amount of guilt can solve the past and no amount of anxiety can change the future.

Week Two:

It’s not who you are that holds you back, it’s who you think you’re not.
