William Richard Gaines, Jr., age, 60 of Flowery Branch, GA passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2019. He was preceded in death by his mother, Carol Jean Harris Wright; Brother, Lawrence Dale Wright; sister, Penny Gala Wright. He is survived by his brother, Michael H. Gaines, Flowery Branch, GA; stepsister, Tina JoAnn Wright, Decatur, GA; four nieces; four nephews; uncle, Ronnie Wright; aunt, Cheryl Wright. Mr. Gaines was born on January 18, 1959, in Atlanta, GA.
