OAKWOOD — Three Hall County residents are facing additional felony drug charges following the execution of a search warrant that investigators say uncovered thousands of dollars’ worth of illegal drugs and cash at a residence near Oakwood.
The Hall County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Unit executed a search warrant June 16 at a home in the 3100 block of Ivey Hill Circle after receiving information about suspected illegal drug activity.
During the search, investigators seized approximately 19 grams of cocaine, 5.5 pounds of marijuana, more than 1 pound of THC wax, approximately 1,300 THC vape cartridges and about $5,800 in cash. Authorities estimated the combined street value of the drugs at approximately $37,000.
Investigators arrested Brandon Maximiliano Fuentes, 18; Brianna Xithlaly Fuentes, 20; and Yuritzy Alexandra Lopez, 20, all of whom live at the residence. Each was initially charged with one count of possession of THC oil with intent to distribute.
On June 18, investigators obtained additional arrest warrants charging all three suspects with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, both felonies.
Brandon Fuentes has remained in the Hall County Jail since his June 16 arrest and is being held on a $16,000 bond.
Brianna Fuentes bonded out of jail June 17 but was taken back into custody June 21 after Hall County Sheriff’s Office Warrant Service Unit deputies arrested her at the Ivey Hill Circle residence on the additional charges. She remains in the Hall County Jail without bond.
Lopez also posted bond June 17 but was arrested June 21 by Warrant Service Unit deputies at a residence in the 4200 block of Hidden Valley Way in Oakwood after the new warrants were issued. She remains in the Hall County Jail without bond.
According to the Hall County Sheriff’s Office, the investigation remains active, and additional information may be released as it becomes available.
